The addresses are correct.
I used Fedex. Shipped on Saturday moring, delivered on Monday morning, cost
58$

Both are ok. I used USPS express mail. Overnight delivery, cost me $34.

I used USPS Priority Mail® Flat Rate Boxes , from MA to TX
send on Friday, delivered on monday, cost me less than $15 with signature
confirmation.
