如题。我有想从我的chase sapphire preferred 卡里转一些点数给
别人的chase sapphire preferred 卡，请问怎么操作啊？
我一直没找到相应的功能。谢谢了。
很想发包子给大家，可惜太穷了。一个包子都发不起。
希望以后挣了包子给大家补上。

查了USCIS的网页关于F-1的要求:
You may enter in the F-1 or M-1 visa category provided you meet the
following criteria:
* You must be enrolled in an "academic" educational program, a language-
training program, or a vocational program
* Your school must be approved by USCIS
* You must be enrolled as a full-time student at the institution
* You must be proficient in English or be enrolled in courses leading to
English proficiency
* You must have sufficient funds available for self-support

F-1的申请要求(参见上面)并没有说明有移民倾向人不能申请,而是说不能放弃在国外的
居住权.
是不是我对USCIS要求理解的不对..多谢

申请绿卡不等于放弃在国内的residence吧,绿卡持有人可以拥有中国的国籍和国内的房
产吧.

I filed NIW in early 2009 and was approved soon. I have my master degree but not a PhD yet.
From 2008 I started part time PhD study in one university. This June I filed
F1 application and in late July I filed H1 transfer application to another company. But my F1 was approved early Aug. so I withdrawed H1 transfer and turned to be a full time student. I received last pay check from my previous company in late August and I even did not know whether it was right or not because my F1 started in earl

So you just changed from F1 to F1 but with I140 filed. Did you answer "Yes"
when you filed I 539 question of "did you file immigration petition"?

no, i changed from H1 to F1
I graduated with my master
start to work with H1 and part time PhD study in 2008
applied NIW in early 2009 and 140 approved
then filed F1 application in June 2010
later found another job and filed H1b transfer in late July
F1 was approved early August
so withdraw H1b transfer second day and start full time student again
then company paid my last check almost one month after F1 was approved
I am not sure whether the last one is legal or not

but 绿卡持有人 means u wanna live in US rather than in China
can you live in both countries? u mean half and half of time?
u need to persuade USCIS

Thanks again!
Now I feel much more confident to do AOS from H1 to F1 with my I-140 filed,
although it is not NIW. :)
IMHO, when you file I-539 for AOS from H1 to F1, you will be asked "when you
want your new status start", and of course you will put down your I-20's
start date.
So as long as your company pays you before the start date of your I-20, you
will be fine...
Even if your company pays you after that date, as long as you don't WORK for
the company, you shouldn't be blamed for receiving p

After all these hassels, do you think it will be a good idea to restamp your
F1 visa in a Canadian consulate, in case you want to visit China in your
doctoral program?
