请问大家加急处理表格上的一项：
I am the petitioner who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for
premium processing service
I am the applicant who is filing or has filed a petition eligible for
premium processing service
请问petitioner 和 applicant 有什么区别
？我EB1A自己DIY是不是自己既是petitioner也是applicant？

自己DIY就是applicant
petitioner指的是公司

这个问题是历史问题，没有明确答案。google一下：）我当时参照

petitioner定义上来说就是第三方代表，对应的beneficial是受益方
applicant就是指申请人自己

I think it should be petitioner.
I140 is a petition, not an application.
DIY, you are both the petitioner and the beneficiary.
I chose petitioner, though not sure if it was correct.
