刚刚发了一堆要审稿的信，今天终于来了一篇。可是是综述，并且是非英语国家的人写
的，看得很费劲。
想问一下：这种Review文章的审稿标准是什么？应该指出他的语法错误吗？
实在想给Editor留个好影响， 好有第二篇。

语法错误要提，但我一般放在comment的最后面
主要还是谈文章的其他问题，technical的等等

The technical aspect of the paper is the most important thing, which is the part the Editor cares most. So, focus on the technical aspect of the paper, and try to write a high-quality and impressed comment on the technical part of the paper.
You can point out the language problems as well, but just treat such language
problems as minor errors.

You can point out the language problems as well, but just treat such language
problems as minor errors.

这不是Article，只是Review。怎么谈Technical？看它Cover的广不广，新不新吗？

Looks like you are not fully ready to be a reviewer :-)
A good review article can give you the whole picture of that area without
loss of imporant technical details. Just my 2 cents ^-^

My understanding: not necessary talking about technical problems. If you are
doing science, then focus on that.....

肯定不能focus在语言上面，如果列出来10多20条，都是指出语法错误的，似乎显得你
水平不够高，只能指点语法。
