you have a very strong case. Offer letter, verification letter, you also
need your company to sign for the petition letter.
My company is small, so got our finacial statement and 2 years tax return
etc. If you are from the well known big company, you might not need these.

这是我找的一个EB1-B checklist，希望对你有所帮助。
EB1B I-140 Checklist:
1. A Form I-140 Petition Letter to USCIS, with petitioner's (employer)
signature;
2. Filled Form I-140 with petitioner's signature;
3. Form ETA-750 Part B for alien's qualification, two copies;
4. Application Fee, a personal check or money order for Form I-140
application fee payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security;
5. Recommendation letters from experts in your field;
6. Copies of awards and honors;
7. Copies of every article that you have published, and copies of abstracts
from academic conferences;
8. Copy of prior nonimmigrant visa approval notice (H, F, L, J, O);
9. Current CV/Resume, including your employment history for the past six
years (names, addresses, and exact dates of employment);
10. Copies of documentation indicating membership or affiliation to any
professional organizations;
11. Copies of citations of your works found in other people’s articles or
in citation index (i.e., media report);
12. Evidence that you were invited to judge the work of others as a reviewer;
13. Proof of any U.S. government funding and private funding;
14. Copies of any patent certificates received and patent applications/
pending;
15. Your current employer’s media kit or background information;
16. Copies of all of your academic degree certificates;
17. Most recent W-2’s;
18. Employment offer letter signed by Human Resource manager or designated
hiring authority (if applicable);
19. Most recent pay stub with your employer;
20. Copy of your passport;
21. Copy of most recent I-94 Admission/Departure Record, front and back;
22. Copies of all Forms I-20 or SEVIS DS-2019, front and back (applicable if
alien is currently in F-1/J-1 status);
23. Any other evidence that can prove you meet at least 2 criteria listed in
"Qualification Requirements for an EB1 Outstanding Researcher or Professor
Petition."
