Mailed out F1 application 4 weeks ago with priority mail no confirmation. By
far, I have not got the receipt from USCIS. Not sure if anybody has faced
this situation or if you have any good idea about how to deal with this,
please let me know. Thanks a lot.
By the way, the is no Chinese program in my computer. So I could not write
in Chinese. Sorry!
