公司给申请了今年的H1B，10月1号生效，现在已经都approve了。之前是学校的H1B，还
有两年才过期，所以10月之前是那个学校H1B身份。
不知道7月份可以回国，然后以现在的H1B去签证吗？就是不知道去申请签证的时候跟我
10月要生效的h1b有关系没有？要不要提到呢？给公司办事的律师发信也没有回音了。

听说O1签证要求和EB1B一样, 那是不是需要雇主permenant job的支持?
还有需要几封推荐信呀? 谢谢.

one more, for O1 visa, your employer is the applicant and you are the
beneficial. So if you are leaving your employer, you will lose your O1 too.

Besides the criteria for O-1 visa, Does it take more in such as cost, time
and so on? Can you please provide a link about the O-1 visa if you have?
