弱EB1Acase， 5月file， non-PP，10月RFE，被TX0251，昨天收到通知被拒了，0251
承认了claim的所有四项，authorship，contribution，review 和medium report，但
认为不是small percentage of the top of my field.律师建议appeal。
我的问题是：
1）appeal需要在另外提供材料吗？
2）一般多长时间才能知道结果？
3）appeal一般成功率有多少？

To my understanding, you are not allowed to submit additional materials (
facts) for appeal, instead your attorney may submit precedent decisions or
statutes to support his legal argument. It may take around one year to 18
months to get the result. Since each case is different, it is hard to
estimate possibility of success. Talk to your lawyer and let him explain the
basis for appeal, and then make a decision.
