刚注册了https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/portfolioCustomerAdd.do
把昨天efile后得到的SRC号码输入，建立case追踪，怎么出来错误信息，说什么insert
failed。这个是为什么呢？多谢！

* Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the application

能查到你的case status吗？我也有相同的问题。估计是case还没有进入到系统。
