博后合同明年到期了，准备申请faculty position。最近有几个合适的JOB opening，
投之前把简历发过去问committee chair了，都是很positive的建议投。投了之后，就
没有消息了。想咨询一下，怎么才能过第一轮，拿到phone call interview的机会呢？

THEY SHOULD provide more detail information when we ask them for the process
, not just same as you see on line;
They should timely answer by the email inquiry and accept the files.
