we all had multiple times of fingerprinting when applying for the US visa
stamps. Why do we need to do it again in the green card process ? cannot
this be waived so that the process can be possibly sped up ?

i have had background check for my visa stamp application.
Will this help speed up my 485 process as my visa stamp background check
might be useful for 485 ?

actually I heard it will delay, two differnt system, it last time they
though you have problem, this time they will think you have problem again,
not sure it is true or not
