信用历史正好 1年6个月
刚开始申请了一个学生卡积累信用
然后过了断时间陆续申请了
Chase freedom
American express SPG
Chase United Airline
以及 Chase Sapphire preferred
知道跟大牛不能比
但是感谢本版都是在本版学到的谢谢大家

我是485的副申请人，因为主申请人要撤消485，我现在的身份是h4，请问我还有机会转
f1吗？这么段的时间找h1实在是太难了。
另外，有没有好的律师处理这类事情的。

your LD is cutting you off, you have no choice but to try I-539 if you
cannot find H1 job. The best solution now is ask your spouse to do nothing
on his I-485, so you can use EAD to find a job. It gives you better chance
to change to H1 when you are divorced.
your leverage is that if he is so ruthless, you can prolong the divorce process forever through state law with a lawyer (not immigration lawyer), and during this period, you can still be in H4 (if he is H1).

Thank you guys so so much!
但是现在ead卡都没有，也不知道什么时候批下来。而且好像用了ead卡以后就更没有机
会转f1了，是吗？
我现在9个多月了，一个月以内基本不大可能找工作基本是不可能了。
那是不是就一点出路也没有了。哭死！
如果能有任何的机会转身份，我都会愿意转，绿卡我不想要了。
