我5年前来美国上学的时候，做过TB skin test，那时候是阳性，现在我拿着那个记录
去体检，他不让我做TB test而是直接做x-ray胸片。看到网上说TB test不论如何都要
做，否者会RFE。是这样吗？如果是还得去做一次TB test免得485被RFE。

taken the skin test and the result is positive. this is very important.

您的意思是，即使5年前的TB skin test阳性，现在移民医生只要check the box which
indicates I have taken the skin test and the result is positive。这就没事了？

if the form says the skin test time, then you have to take the skin test
again, unless the doctor lie for you by writing down the current date.
one point: you must take the skin test or blood test even though you know it
will be positive and record this on the form. X-ray is needed when the test
is positive.

最后自己能要到表格复印件吗？那个医生好像没经验，没让我做PPD，咋和他强调一下
比较好？

just used the old result and put that time on the form (say 2006/08/01)
that is fine, i guess

一般体检要去两次，第一次要做TB test,第二次看TB的结果，其他的检查都可以在第一
次或者第二次完成。如果TB Test结果negative，那么两次足够，两次的间隔一般是两
天。预约了之后三天之内搞定。如果TB test是positive，那么还要预约xray,可能时间
会多于一周。
所以说提前一周到二周做体检就可以。另外体检一年有效。

还是要做一次TB test。如果是positive,那么就做x-ray. 按照程序走。

啊？看来我要等RFE了，我和LZ一样情况，医生直接做了X-RAY,SIGH.搞不懂为什么一定
要做TB

using IGRA such as QuantiFERON-TB Gold test(TB Spot TB).

打印体检表的instruction给医生看，上面写的很清楚MUST DO TB skin test or Blood
test. 我的体检医生就说他以前有人因为打了疫苗，知道自己的TB skin test是
positive，医生就直接做X-ray。结果485被RFE，说一定要提交TB 的initial test （
skin or blood test). 体检医生还有因为他的signiture 旁边没有加上“MD”，而受
到485 RFE的。可见IO不是一般的教条啊。
我是直接要求做 TB的Blood test，因为我以前的TB skin test是positive。（
instruction上有具体list 哪几个test是acceptable）。

那如果Blood test是阳性的话，再去做x-ray？还是就完蛋了？
