正在准备485材料，遇到问题：
I131 part 7需要附张纸，说明准备以后回国探亲吗？

Does not need to be an accurate date. I can be to be determined. You need a
one page addendum to explain your trip.

In part 7, after "(see instructions).", add "see the attached addendum".
Then provide a one-page addendum to explan why you need the trip.
This is the old way for doing this.

偶申请I-131的时候没有附上任何addendum，AP纸已经收到

Apparently you did not "see instructions".
