Patents - 3 US patents with international coverage (all pending)
Review: 33 times for 6 major journals; Panelist for NSF and DOC.
citation: about 100 times (not high, because of too many new papers)
Awards: Chinese Government Overseas Self-financed Excellent Scholar's Award;
A major association's travel grant; a research grant from a foundation; 5-
year Research assistantship/fellowship during Ph.D. study.A major university
scholarship (China).
Claimed: Contributions - patents, citation, awards were only used as
secondary proofs.
Authorship - journal papers only (used impact factor and Eigenfactor for
journal ranking)
Reviewership - official acknowledgment letters from the publishers and these
organizations.

got RFE for my I-485 (for my medical examination report). I did not do
anything.

是有什么牛人老板或者推荐人么？或者楼主的project方向特别fit DOC的方向？
而且具体是做什么program的panelist呢？
是那个什么NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY么？
