听说manager level的人办绿卡，是走EB１的。那么我能从manager职位到手那天开始,
要求公司给我按照EB１途径办绿卡么？有人这么做过么？
现在就先不办也不要求什么。免得给我送去走EB２途径了.

My impression is that you need an "executive manager" position. Or very high
salary.

EB1C is more than just a manager. Also, it has to be related to an oversea
company. 没有phd学位，也没有什么paper和专利 is irrelavent because EB1c is
not related to research.

oversea can be China, Canada or UK, any country, right?
The thing is, if I go UK, do I need another visa for working in UK?

EB1C is for executive such as vice president, CEO, CTO, GM... etc. You have
authourities to fire people, to hire people, to adjust their pay, make
decisions which can impact the company.

you will def. need a working visa in uk if you are a chinese citizen.
however the case might be different if you are an eu citizen.
