新司机，请教一下
一月初投了个NSF，一月底才分给一个PO，昨天发现fastlane上有一行external review
began on 2月9号。
考古了一下板上说这个日期就是开panel的日期，但是这也太快了吧。。。

原来是又把我的case转到了某一个office
这个是什么意思?
到local office ?
Initial Review
The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was transferred and is now
being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a
decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move
while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to
update your case with your new address or call our customer service center
at 1-800-375-5283.

那个应该是外审的时间。
panel meeting的时间可以google到：https://www.nsf.gov/events/advisory.jsp
找你的program manager的名字就能搜到panel时间。

my i140 received at may 11th 2010
submit i48 at august 1th 2010 because i do need to work to earn money
my wife i48 submit at jan 23rd 2011 to tsc, but the receipt was sent to me
from nsc
my rfe at feb 1th, the response was received at march 15th
all above at TSC
then my i140/485 transfered to NSC at march 25th
then tonight, it goes to local office

140只在TSC,NSC,是不是有关485要interview什么的

It went back to TSC. Nothing else.
My case went back and forth for three times and is still pending.
