现在是H1B身份，之前是F1 OPT身份。这个过程没回国直到现在。
1. I-94# 是不是就是那个H1B时的那个I-94 number(最新的）？
2. Current USCIS Status: 是不是填 H1B?
3. Nonimmigration visa number 是签证上的那个Control Number还是右下角的那个红
色的八位数的number？ 精华区里面说是右下角的。
4, Spouse and children那些项是填child 还是daughter or son?
5, 比如middle name, A#如果没有的话，就不填吧? 还是填none？精华区里面说填none
有时候会出问题，比如middle name。有些地方可以填none。
6, 对于主申请人的spouse and children, application type 是不是b?
7, In what status did you last enter? 对于F2，填Dependent 还是Wife of Student, 还是其他的？
