今天早上收到一封来自U.S. Department of State（冒充） 的EMAIL，说是我绿卡抽签中了，我
真有点晕头转向。激动片刻后，大脑还是回归正常，仔细看完后，发现骗子的手法还是
很巧妙的。如果知道自己有资格抽签，已经登记注册过，是不是会一激动给800的处理
费。
