My case was denied by ex 0002 in NSC EB1B
I got the letter . I think it is a template and can deny anyone.
publish and review papers are your job, but you are not outstanding
I submitted
5 editor letters, 5 independent letters
20 review from 9 journals
10 publications (9 in E)
50 citation (30 in E)
However, my citation is low (Engineering), which is the weak point.
Any one suggest what is the interval for submitting another one?
ex 0002 is an ass, who send a lot ref as I knew. He may decide before he
send out a ref, because he still talk the claim that I did not response in
REF response.
