帮朋友问个问题。
她当时因为急着回国，AP还没申请到就出境了，现在如果485批了的话，该如何入境，
谢谢。
另外，假如485批之前有rfe，是不是会很麻烦?该怎么处理。谢谢

AP没到手就出去，就不能用AP回来；
如果顺利可以把等批了把绿卡寄回去再回来，如果有RFE？补材料呗，

CBP officers at the "little black room" now are more trained and alert of
checking AP approval date and your departure date. The chance of getting
caught at airport now is much higher than just a few years before. there
was a person got caught early this year, got strong warning and threat from
the officer, but was still let in, she withdrew and filed another I-485
after entering to be safe while still less than 180 days of her last non-
immigrant status.

看来情况还挺麻烦。现在的情况是主申请人的排期快要到了，很可能下个月。
假如一起批了，副申请人顺利入境也就罢了。最糟糕的是如果副申请人被锯，或者虽然
批了，不让入境。那这时主申请人已经批了，她连重新跟着主申请人递485的机会都没
有。
