前些天相隔一周
申请了Sapphire和UA，现在查了下三家的信用报告，只有Experian有一个ha
rd。有没有其他人短期内连续申请也这样？

我的这种情况该怎么办？ H1b 只有两个月了，7月底到期 ，找好的Postdoc下家突然说
不能给办H1b， 然后就没了消息 。
我昨天Eb1a刚approved, 本来准备快快递交485, 可现在这种情况我还能不能交485？
主要 是怕 485 被 RFE。
另外要马上再找下家 ，中间不知道能否衔接及时， 万一不能交了485， 新的H1b又不
能 及时交上去 ， 我还能合法呆在美国吗 ？
还有 ， 如果下周 交 485， 同时 申请EAD， 需要多长时间 拿到 EAD? 看现在485大
概需要4个月的时间 。 我怎么就差一两月的时间 ， 真是急死人 。

合同到期了必需换老板吗？我觉得上策是跟你现在的老板商量商量合同延长3-6个月，
这样可确保485
批. 另外你既然140批了，H1B可以延3年的

确实太湿了，
在打莲蓉的时候，follow的曼食曼语，
所以加水没过莲蓉了。
直接导致炒了很久，才到了三三图里的状态，
有些粘粘的，会被铲子提出来。
不知道一会真正包起来，会怎么样？

你交了I-140就不能变成J1了。 就交了I-485等EAD，没问题。

sponsor J1 now,and H1 will take 6 months. I think they do not know that H1
transfer is different with the inital H1 application. For H1 transfer,
people can work as he submit the transfer application.

In the mean time, tell the next prof that you don't need H1B sponsor, what
he can do is to hold your position until you got EAD so you can start to
work in his lab.
By the way, can you share me with your background eb1a?

I can not do it in office because I did not input chinese in office. It is better in chinese to talk it well.

1. 马上交４８５,收到RD, 进入AOS, you are safe now.
2. 同时申请 EAD,收到可以工作了,H１B和EAD中间，一般不要工作。 如果老板和你都觉得有没有H１B或者EAD无所谓，可以工作，只要在１８０天之内（假设你以前没有身份失效或者打黑工, you are safe under 245(k).
3. 千万别转J,J和４８５冲突，转了等于放弃４８５。

下面就是解决工作问题,因为EB-1A是需要一个工作.申请EAD,是为可以合法为下一个
POSTDOC岗位工作.
在H1B和EAD之间,一般不要工作. 180天是指假设EAD还没有到手,H1B已经过期,你还为某
处工作的话,这是非法工作.只要非法工作不超过180天,这不影响你485的批准.你也不需

主申请人不是H1B也没关系，如果你是EB1A的话，只要你有offer letter就可以的吧。
这几个月你也可以和你后来的老板说好，可以先做volunteer啊。
