那你可以省了PP的费用，还有一样的批准速度

还有一个条件就是背景相对要强，尤其是CITATION

NSC的审理标准比TSC平均高不少，就看你希望啥了。
如果想尽快拿到悲剧结果，就去NSC，如果你想你的case
最大可能地以喜剧收尾，就去TSC。
你想想为啥华人律师都要把属于NSC的case整到TSC去？

是申请人所在地的限制。

Yes, there is 申请人所在地的限制. but if you efile, you can have your case
reviewed at TSC even if you live in NSC area.
In my case, I live in NSC area, my lawyer (american) paper filed my case to
NSC, and it was approved in two days (PP). He did agree NSC is more strict
than TSC, but he also said it depends on the person who reviews my case,
whether he's reasonable or not. there are "killers" in TSC too. so I guess
luck plays an important role here.
