Master 快毕业了，方向是金属材料加工和半导体材料加工。这方向，照理来说工作机
会还是比较多，可都有身份限制，唯一要国际学生的Intel，IBM，cummins这些都挤爆
了！真心说，工作太TMD难找（不针对EE、CS）！诚心向前辈们质询，出路在何方？
难道只剩回去？

律师觉得以公司名义file NIW会有好处。
请问有这样的说法吗？
律师这么写得：
This petition is filed by *** Inc. upon the behalf of Dr. *** as an Alien
with Exceptional Ability in the field of *** and for a waiver of the
requirement of a labor certification in the national interest of the United
States.
当然了，公司同意这么做的，而且公司也付钱了。
我只是担心这样会不会让移民局抓住把柄说你去办ｐｅｒｍ阿。
请教一下大家！
我们公司不够ｑｕａｉｌｉｆｙ办ｅｂ１ｂ．

你找的什么律师? PETITION　ＬＥＴＴＥＲ　用错模版了吧? NIW 是 ON YOUR OWN
BEHALF! 以公司发ＮＩＷ就象一只四不象，只会引起移民局的特别关注，与事毫无意义
．不如请公司大牛或老板写推荐信大夸特夸一番有意义．

半导体又进入downturn期,我们公司去年一年赚了不少钱,上个季度开始又亏本了.

我的问题是公司给我办了perm,可是被audit了，后来又办了一个，没动静。
为了保险起见，我提出说办niw,公司也同意了。
当然，我也准备了6封推荐信。
只是律师跟我说把我的case搞成employer support case，这样可以加大希望。

我查了网上资料，employer 可以 file NIW阿。

To qualify for EB2 NIW, an alien applicant needs to demonstrate that his or
her work is in the National Interest of United States, and the alien
applicant should have an advanced degree and have exceptional ability in
sciences, arts or business. The National Interest Waiver Green Card
application can either be filed by an alien applicant, or be sponsored by a
U.S. employer. An alien applicant may also file additional Green Card
applications in other categories, while a National Interest Waiver petition
is pending.

我单位的主任律师（Director)曾明确告诉我NIW要自己办，单位不能给办。
But anyway, check your pition letter to see if the following three parts in
the acctacment are mentioned or not. If you can find similar sections in
yours, that is OK.

律师在准备petition letter.我看了初稿。
结构是这样的:
I. INTRODUCTION
II. QUALIFYING STATEMENTS AND RECITAL OF PROOF THEREOF:
A. Dr. *** Qualifies for Permanent Residence as an Alien of Exceptional
Ability in the professional field of Electrical Engineering and is an
Advanced Degree Holder Who Will Substantially Benefit Prospectively the
Health and Welfare of the United States.
B. The Intrinsic Merit of Dr. ***’s Work.
C. The Benefit is National in Scope and Will Impart Benefits to the United
States as a Whole.
D. The Securing of a Labor Certification is Against the National Interest.
E. Dr. ***’s specific prior achievements justify the
projected future benefit of his work to the United States.
F. Dr. *** will serve the national interest to a substantially greater
degree than other individuals in his area of endeavor.
III. Conclusion
