大家好，我下个月中旬有个面试at Richmond VA. Title: Senior Data Analyst.
拜读了mitbbs 上兄弟姐妹的Capital One相关帖子，受益匪浅。但仍有几个问题希望讨
论和请教一下。
1，I will have 2 case interviews and 2 behavioral interviews. 对于不同的
Title, 面试内容有很大的不同之处吗？例如：Senior Data Analyst vs Statistician
; Senior Data Analyst vs Data Analyst.
2, 除了Recuiter 给的面试资料，大家还有其它有针对性的练习资源吗？
3，没有找到最近几个月 Capital One 面经，严重感谢在此能分享信息的前辈！
下个月归来我也会呈上面经回报诸位。
暂时就想到这么些，热烈欢迎大家的其他建议和深入讨论，积累人品，惠及华人！

有四分之一是，第7到第9吧，国际合作项目，作者来自世界各地。

interview都差不多可以看看glassdoor上的面经有不少他们一般给通知很快一般是
一两天内再慢也会在一周内有消息

capital one interview is so easy.....i cant imagine anyone who fail that
btw they changed all the case study questions this year, those cases on
glassdoor and here are outdated
and yes they tell you the result on the same day or next morning

not really. I know the credit card case and the insurance case are still
being used. And in the end they have a job fit test, which is a little
confusing but not sure how it's taken into account when decision is made.

nope, pretty sure they dont use those two anymore, at least for campus round
interview, im on my school's recruiting team and ive seen all the new
campus round questions.

well, I've know several people who were interviewed this year have
encountered these two cases, maybe not simultaneously. Of course, they're
not in campus round.

Waiting. 呈面经：
Behavioral interviews:
Describe one complex problem you have solve, give example.
Show how you separate one general question to parts and handle it in detail
Give the example about your leadership on one project/issue
They followed these questions with some small questions based on your
answers. I feel they want to know what you did in detail to check if there
are some matches between your experience and the position. So,pleas get
familiar with your previous projects and relate them to the role.
Case Interviews:
1. the credit card case. Below is the link and some numbers were changed
when I was interviewed.

2. New Case (cannot be found online based on my search)
It looks a little like role play. Assume you are the president of One
Company now ( Cannot remember exactly, let's call it Good)
The revenue and two costs are gave first, you need to check if it is
profitable? (easy). Answer is No,
Show you ideas to make it profitable.
Next, give some info about sale force ( sale persons) and other more
efficient firm, let's call it Better. Ask you the profit of Good if the sale
persons have the efficiency as Better. In addition, it involve some kind of
break even analysis. ( Not too difficult but it is better to clarify every
number).
