有个问题一直不清楚，不是说结婚以后所有财产都是共同财产吗？那房产证上写丈夫或
领导的名字还有什么意义呢？反正都是两人都有份啊。

你说国内还是这啊，怎么还写领导名字啊，国内新婚姻法好像不是这样了，写谁就是谁

It matters if you are not in community states. Even you are in community
states, whoever has name on the title could sell the house w/o agreement
from the other. This scenario can be easily avoided by having both names on
the title.
