考了一下古，发现我的IO很变态，曾剧过条件很强的申请。
EB1B第七天收到RFE，IO很显然没怎么看，律师claim的四条全说not met,没claim的三
条也说我claim了但没met. 全篇九页，大部分是模版。
三年的experience也deied了，我有两年tenured-track experience, phd 期间有发表
文章, 导师有写experience的证明信。连我的employer，州里最大的大学的“ability to pay" 的evidence 也要
require (大学应该不适用的吧？）
最雷的是，质疑我所有的信件（推荐信，审稿信）只用我last name, "only the
letter from Dr. XXX referred to the beneficiary by his complete name. The
other letters only referred Dr. LXX, so it is not apparent that they are
referring to the beneficiary."
我递交的所有证据都熟识无堵。比如，media report 我附加了business week, Bloomberg news,
Euromoney, 及 NAB 的报道，他却说“ however, no documentary evidence was
submitted to support these claims"
看来，凶多吉少了。大家给点建议吧。

I think that for your case, it's easier to do RFE, because his claims are
not true, and it's easy to rebuke back one by one, of course in a nice tone.
It was just bad luck this time, or maybe he was too busy or careless that he
didn't read through your petition. Go ahead and file the RFE, he should
read it this time.
The harder RFE case is the one when IO said all the truth, and there's
nearly no way to rebuke.

Thanks for your comments.
Some parts of the RFE are easy to respond, but some generic parts, for
example, international recognized, can not easily be dismissed.
Basically, the whole case has to be re-done.

To prove you're internationally recognized, my understanding is you will
have to show the officer:
(1)the countries your recommenders come from;
(2)the countries citing your papers;
(3)the countries the authors/journals are from when you serve as a reviewer.

My case was denied after I replied RFE (TSC 1251, not sure whether you have
the same IO). One of my friend retrieved his original application after he
received a unreasonable RFE (suggested by his lawyer). In this way he didn'
t get a denial record. The next day they re-submitted the exact same
package. This time he's approved.
Just to share experience.

We are on the same IO, and I was hard to believe that he denied your case,
given your strong background. Did you MTR or appeal?
Can you elaborate a little bit about your friend's strategy? You meant: He
withdrew the case? I have filed concurrent, so withdrawing the case seems a
little bit expensive to me. Was he reviewed by the same IO as ours?

Thanks. You meant, reapply or respond to RFE with the same material?
This IO is crazy, and I am sure that he will decline it if I submit the
same things.
