因为之前一直冲着EB1A去的，所以准备的材料和PL也是为了1A，现在看形势不好，打算
先上NIW占位。
目前PAPER有14篇，GOOGLE引用60，reviewing: 20.
推荐信3封独立，专业领域内的大牛和小牛，其中包括一位意大利专家，另外三封同单
位的合作专家和自己的老板。
请问这样的材料可以过NIW吗？
求一份NIW的PL模板和材料LIST。
按照EB1A要求写的推荐信和PL是否可以用于申请NIW。谢谢。
