我opt马上12月中就要过期了，我现在在公司工作，公司八月底提交的h1b申请，h1b的
有效期将从opt过期那天开始，刚才查h1b状态还是initial review，
请教一下假如到12月中opt过期，h1b还没批准下来的话，我是不是就没有有效身份了，也
不能工作了呢， 谢谢，很焦急~~~
