说说你们的经验。officer觉得它是institutional or regional 的，你们怎么证明他
是国家级的呢？有什么tips
我的被rfe了，不承认是national的，认为是institutional and regional
我也翻译了证书，selection standard/criteria，有关的review committee, 发奖的媒体报道
我能做的也差不多这么多了。
比如这里面的一个：

Yes, I did. Just show evidence that it is a nationwide award and the
selection standard/criteria.

Does the institute that issued you award have a name like "China xxx
Institute"? If not, it is harder to convince people that the award is a
national one. In addition to the award certificate and selection criteria,
I also collected some hard copies from the website of the institute (in
english) and a verification letter from the aaward administration office
showing that I did receive the award before.
I claimed authorship, contribution, review and award. Have you passed others
like contribution? If not, the IO may also like to be picky on this claim.

the authorship and review passed, but not award and contribution.
Yes, there is 'China'in the certificate. I feel the officer just is picky on
me. I also listed some recipients.
How is a verification letter from the award administration office helpful?

Yes, a verification letter from the award administration office will
definitely be helpful but I feel you need to be fcous on the claim of "
contribution". If they find your "contribution" is not met, the award is
useless unless it is a very significant one. So try your best with the award
and spend more time with addressing the "contribution".

Thanks for your great suggestions.
One of my friends also said the similar thing about contribution.It makes
sense.It is kinda conflicting if contribution does not meet.
Contribution is difficult. my contribution is not very strong enough.
