2）如果“孩子的问题主要是由基因引起的”这个假说是对的，而家庭的生活质量由最
差的那个基因组合所决定，则生活痛苦度的期望值是孩子数量的指数函数。运气不好就
真变成Lanza妈了。

EB1B 对工作的要求是permanent research position
请问Permanent如何定义？如果是在学校，是不是有H1B，Title非薄厚就行了？比如说
有H1b的research associate or research specialist之类的。

Your employment duration must be indefinite (with no ending date).

if you work for university, then you should have something equivalent to the
following in your job offer letter:
This letter serves to confirm that on YYY you were offered and accepted the
permanent position of ***** with **** university in the Department of AA,
School of BB.

In determining that your position is “permanent” as indicated above, *****
University complies with the Department of Homeland Security’s regulatory
definition which states, “permanent means either tenured, tenure-track, or
for a term of indefinite or unlimited duration, and in which the employee
will ordinarily have an expectation of continued employment unless there is
good cause for termination.” [8 CFR 204.5(I)(2)] I have hiring authority
in this department and can therefore verify the above.

My lawyer wrote an employment letter and I had my employed sign it.
It states my job title, job description and my salary.
Most importantly, it says my research position is permanent, in the sense
that it does not have a fixed term of termination.
A good lawyer will be able to provide you an employment letter that
satisfies the immigration law requirement.
