NOID by IO 0214, Help urgently, please forward to Dami# Immigration - 落地生根

I just get NOID Response from company lawyer, NSC IO 0214 give me a NOID (
EB1B) dated on Sep 25, 2014 and said that my submitted evidence merely meet
the plain language of criteria D (review), E(Contribution), F (Authorship)
above. My review is routine work, fail in Final Merits Analysis. NOID said
that only have 30 days to reply.
Background when submitted:
9 English papers and 16 conference abstract, 80 Google Scholar citations, 70
times review, submit 8 RLs from academia and industry, crossing 5 countries
in Asia, Europe, North America, et al.
My company lawyer did not notice me at all when they received NOID. I do't
know my case has been NOID until I saw REF Response Review in USCIS online
status. Company lawyer has submitted RFE Response to USCIS based on my
previous submitted materials. Evidently, this response is very weak.
Now I have another new publication (10 now), and GS citation increase to 88
times, and one first author paper has been cited by prestigious journals. I
may do not have time to ask more independent RLs. I try to request my
company lawyer to resubmit Response to NOID.
Anyone, who can contact Dami, could you help me to forward this to him?
