没啥，大于50%就可以试试。
自己多做功课，使劲挖掘吹点。NIW就算自己不牛，可以吹项目多，各个都是
national interest， 吹实际应用，吹算法牛掰，找业界人琴瑟合吹。。。

also depends on which lawyer. For my case evaluation, one lawyer said
reasonable chance for NIW. After switched and chose another lawyer, i
already got my green card based on EB1A. So what a joke for some evaluation!

律师一般都说case虽然有希望，但是困难也很多。。。LZ不如在版上评估下

从律师的角度，这是合理的
如果成功，就说明律师牛，这么弱，还是帮你过了
如果不成功，也不说明律师不牛，因为你本来就弱
