Dear All:
I'm preparing for I485.
From some checklists in the mitbbs website, we need Copy of official birth
certificate and marriage certificate.
I have Notarial Certificate of Marriage and birth.
However, my wife's Notarial Certificate of Marriage was left in China.
Is it OK for us to use Copy of my Notarial Certificate of Marriage?
Do we need the original Notarial Certificate of Marriage and birth?

USCIS only need the photocopy of these doc, so you could let some relative
scan the marriage notarial or take a pic, then send by email.

I did not get you.
Your marriage certificate is not same as your wife's. if not then your wife
is not qualified for 485. if yes, your wife MC can use yours.

Yes, according to you, I can use the same MC.
I will used the photocopy of my MC and other documents.
Before I thought, I should use the original one.

这个有意思，我们婚姻公证就一份。好像也看不出是谁的。难道你那份没提你夫人，上面没有她照片？如果都有这些信息，用这个就行了啊。

Yes, as Falklove said, my wife and my Notarial Certificate of Marriage were
slightly different. Therefore, we need to present two different notarial.
If it is fine with you, could you please send me the I485 application check
list?
