Amex 的 bestbuy 二百五offer, 跳了，没想到碰上了bestbuy 这个振真正的250
我顶了鸡蛋$250的 gift card, 没想到过了几天查order status, $250变成$300了，
这怎么随便就改我的订单啊？
好在那个多余的 $50 GC是单独寄的，于是我就把那个多余的根据BB agent的指示拒
了 UPS,
今天收到BEstbuy的邮件，说订单 reship了？我赶快区账户里看，发现每个订单里真
的又多了 $300的gc, 显示在prepare shipping. 但是 charge 是0,四个订单都是如此
这 bestbuy 是不是脑子不正常？

不知道EB2排期（PD:02/2010）要等到猴年马月，三年工作经验了，决定向学校有关部
门申请EB1b的评估。
如果允许我申请eb1b，
1.可以140/485一起提交给USCIS吗?
2.eb2申请后，已拿到EAD/AP，明年才过期，131/765就不需要再次和140/485提交了吧？
3.I-140填表三个问题：
1）第一页下面：
Check below if the petition is being filed
to amend a previous filed petition.
要不要打勾？难道要影响我以前eb2申请中被批准的140吗？
2）第2页下面两个问题啥意思？
7. Is the petition being filed without an original labor certification
because the original labor certification was previously submitted in support
of another Form I-140?
8. If the petition is being filed without an original labor certification,
are you requesting that USCIS request a duplicate labor certification from
the Department of Labor?

Let me try to answer your questions, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
1.可以140/485一起提交给USCIS吗?
Yes.
2.eb2申请后，已拿到EAD/AP，明年才过期，131/765就不需要再次和140/485提交了吧？
No, I think you already have these, no need to apply again.
3.I-140填表三个问题：
For I-140, I think your school will fill this form, not yourself, they'll
know what to fill in. But I'll try to answer your questions.

谢谢！
我们学校国际办公室的人，不是很友善。他们以前说过，“very few people can
qualify for EB1.”用3年工作经验为由，只给我办理eb2.
三年了（写到这里，想到了老邓的歌），我可以让他们重新评估了。
