LD是主申请人， 准备Concurrent File 140 和485. 我要等他140批了后再递485.
我的问题是 -- LD的485 B项， 问到Spouse是否“applying with you?" 时， 是选No
还是Yes啊？

I suggest your husband do not concurrently file 140 and 485. It is good for
you to file 485 together after 140 get approved.

or you 2 file 140 and 485 together concurently. I guess you worry 140 is
rejected and lose money. In this case, why not PP 140, after approved,
