我（中国公民）和女友（她在十来岁时获得的美国公民身份）都三十来岁，
2010年6月在中国相识；
2011年8月确认恋爱关系；
2011年12月她到中国和我一起过圣诞节（2周）；
2012年7月她和家人到中国同我过暑假（一个月）；
2012年11月我来德州与她过圣诞节并订婚（两个多月）；
2013年7月至今，我再次来德州过暑假，此次我还是持B2旅游visa（签了半年），我们
相处比之前更融洽，并且都有结婚生子的愿望。
我们所知的合法途径是她发申请，我回国等待和办理K-1未婚夫签证，大概需要半年多
，但是我们不想再分隔两地这么久了。
请问我此行能和她在德州注册结婚，留在德州，并且申请绿卡吗？

yes. marry her, she files I-130 and you file I-485 in the same package,
totally legal.

1. 只要你递交了I-485就是合法逗留
2. 就算你等到不是合法逗留了再递交申请，也无所谓
3. 快的三四个月，慢的更久

We got married:D
I read over both forms. Form I-130 seems very self-explanatory for my wife.
But we have some questions about Form I-485......If both forms can be sent
together......On part 2 of the form we have to check one of the boxes (a, b,
c....h) that gives the reason of the application type. Which one is the one
to check? A. seems like it will apply to our situation, but still does not
seem to apply to us 100% percent.

Thank you for your information.
When I check box a., it does state like you wrote to attach a copy of the
approval notice....
since I will be sending both forms at the same time, I will not have an
approval notice....What can I attach? (a copy of my marriage certificate)

You don't need to attach anything. It says "or a petition". So by
concurrently filing, you are "attaching the petition".
