网上track 昨天邮寄的pp，说是We attempted to deliver your item at 10:22 am on
October 14, 2011 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left because an
authorized recipient was not available.
我是7月份递的140，我是寄到 texas service center p.o.box 851488, Mesquite, TX
。对吗？这是我收到的I-797C上的地址。

This just meant that there's no one to sign it. Somebody will receive it
later.

没有用signature。
地址对吗？又仔细看了一遍I-907的介绍，有点糊涂了，说不要寄到lockbox facility.

我是直接pp的，不知道是否和你一样。
建议给tsc打个电话，确认一下你的地址是否对了。如果对了，可能只是包裹没人签字，
第二天就送好了，good luck

您是140和pp一起file的吗？我不是，7月份就交了140，现在pp,看介绍说“if”
yourForm 140 is peinding with the NSC or TSC, send form i-907 to that uscis
service center at the previously noted address

我double check了一下我的i907 instruction，也找到了你说的那句话，但是我个人感
觉所谓的previously noted address 是pp的address，不是以前寄送140的address。
而且它还提到了a copy of a trsnafer notice showing the related petition.
希望我的理解是错的

应该是给uscis的客服打电话，要求材料transfer。当然也许他们会自动transfer。
昨天一个mm碰到了同样的问题，也bless她一下

I am pretty sure you mailed the wrong address because I just mailed out a pp
which I filed my I-140 on Aug. separately. and My pp request is under
processing now. The address I used is (for USPS)
premium processing
USCIS texas service center
P.O.X 279030
Dallas, TX 75227-9030
if you mail out Fedx, the address will be
premium processing
However, don't need to worry about it. They will mail it back to you or fix
for you.

On Aug. I mailed out my I-140 package and I accidentally write check $580 as
$508. It took them almost a month to mail my package back to my home.
In your case, you want to save time. You might call them and ask them how
you can save time and do it again.
