2. The article of F1000 does no appear about the petitioner.
*****What does this mean? The article is about my published paper.
3. You have provided the following articles that the beneficiary co-authored.
Then a list of 5 papers.
******I am the first author of all of them.
******The list is in-complete.
******The list contain two papers that are not mine.
4. Your papers published in JACS, XXX,XXX, but the evidence does not show
the journals has international circulation. Examples of journals with
international circulation include but are not limit to: Science, Nature, ***
, JACS, ***.

For such ridiculous RFE, you can accuse them of making mistakes, and your
case should be re-evaluated.
I remember seeing some similar cases on this board before, but I don't
remember how it's handled later on.
To be on the safe side, I would list their mistakes AND resubmit your whole
package, just for their easy checking.

If lz's 140 is denailed. his LD may be out of status immediately.May need a

I would suggest LZ find a good lawyer for this RFE

2. My wife has valid H4.
3. Both I and our international office called them to inquiry, but looks
like USCIS doesn't want to do anything about my wife's approved green card,
at least for now, though they are aware the error ( I suppose).

I actually searched on line but found no solution. Some lawyer charge money
to return wrongly granted green card.
We do things in good faith, as we have called them twice to tell them.
If USCIS ask for revoke, I will ask for writing notice from them to explain
reason and writing notice to reinstate H4 for my wife. I believe this is a
fair requirement.
Really feel sick with USCIS.
