485 questions:
My case:
My wife applied for I140 EB1A, which was approved. I am her dependent.
Now we are filling for 485 together.
I have two questions:
One the part 2 Application type: Should I check the box a?
2. For the part 3, processing information.
Place of last entry into United States:
I drove to Canada last year and stayed there for two days, and drove back to
Baffalo, NY. Since I traveled by my car, and I didn't get any stamp on my
passport for this trip. Should I put Buffalo, NY as the place of last entry?
I did not get any inspection for this trip.
