I heard that the checking can be valid for 5 years, but you experiences may
prove that it's not so.
Still, try to prepare all the documents that they have requested you before,
in both the interview and the checking, such as bringing in a resume, etc.
H visa allows dual intention to immigrate, so don't worry about that.
May you get the visa without checking this time!
