收到了NIW的RFE，其中一段说：
However, given that a fundamental role of research is the development of new
methods, the record does not establish that the beneficiary’s work in
these areas elevates her above the majority of her colleagues in the field.
As a physician / researcher, the beneficiary may have an impact in the field
if she developed new and original methods that have been widely adopted by
other physicians / researchers.
我是bio相关的方面的。research的作用就是只有发现new methods？？那合着除了
method之外的文章就都不是文章了？就都不能发表了？？有多少文章是关于method的阿
？我真想说那位IO,请问您知道什么是research吗什么是method吗？？

用过淘宝上的代理,走的HK-DHL的大件, 大概是27公斤, 不到1300. 5~8个工作日到. 我
的大概3-4天就到了. 没有收税, 不过不知道是不是运气.

IO是想让你提供证据，证明别人的工作应用了你的METHOD。找找看引用你文章的人是否

不好意思没看清，如果你没DEVELOP METHOD，那么找找看是否有人引用你的文章，你的
工作对他们是否产生了影响，只要有影响，尽管不是METHOD，也是可以的。
