申请EB1B，请问 I-140 form 下面的问题要填吗？
Part 5. Additional Information About the Petitioner
2. Labor Certification DOL/ETA Case Number
Labor Certification DOL/ETA Filling Date
Labor Certification Expiration Date
另外，需要 Form ETA-750 Part B for alien's qualification 吗？
我的理解是这些都不需要，因为EB1B不需要 labor certificate，不知对不，请过来人
指点一下。Thanks

Those three blanks don't need to be filled in. I didn't use ETA-750.
The other six blanks before the three that you mentioned need to be filled
in though, but I think that you did, right?

多谢楼上的热心解答。我DIY,还有一个问题请教。
In the I-140 form, part 7 "Information on spouse and All children of the
person for whom you are filling", My wife is currently with me in USA with
H4 visa.
For the question "Applying for a Visa Abroad", should I click "Yes", or "No"
? thanks
