听说现在EB2的485比EB1的批得快(假设提交时间一样), 是真的吗? 我下个月EB2排期应
该就current了,现在EB1B的140材料都准备好了, 马上就可以递交了(PP). 485的材料也
已经准备好了. 如果下个月EB1B的140批了, EB2也Current了. 不想递两份485. 大家说
485是应该递EB1B的, 还是递EB2的?

如果你对eb1通过很有信心，最好的是140和485同时递，你说的排期可能到是还没到吧
？那样至少要到明年一月份才能递485。还有可能倒退，能递一类当然先递一类。

关键是对EB1通过没有100%的把握. 不想浪费485的钱. 反正EB1B用PP, 也不在乎2个星期的时间. 如果EB2排期会倒退,按现在的进度, 倒退最有可能会发生在明年上半年还是下半年? 还是后年?

This is a hard question. It's an impression based on last month's cases, but
the USCIS can change their rules (if any) any time. Who knows?
I would think that it does not matter much which category you submit your
485, as the time-consuming part is name-check, etc. Some older 485s for EB2
had finished those earlier, so once the visa numbers were available, their
485 applications were approved, which appeared to be faster.

我相信一点，你PP140而且获批，你的485也是加快处理的，至少是优先处理的。
有钱就上呗。

星期的时间. 如果EB2排期会倒退,按现在的进度, 倒退最有可能会发生在明年上半年还
是下半年? 还是后年?

Based on observation.
A few (not all) cases got their GCs within 3 months when submitted 140 and
485 together with PP.

ah, you meant concurrent filing, where PP may or may not be a factor. The
485 would be processed once it's filed, such as name-checking, etc. The IOs
would also like to check on the associated 140 case. That's why people felt
that concurrent filing was faster than regular 140 filing without 485. Just
counting the days from the 485 filing to 485 approval, I don't know whether
PP on 140 would have any effect.
In that 485 time-line spreadsheet, before July, some green cards got
approved in less than 3 months. But it took much longer later.

希望如此啊。我就是140PP/485 concurrent filing。
10/27 140/485 RD
11/22 今天刚打指纹回来，USCIS人很nice,还问我感恩节吃火鸡还是Roast beef.并且
告诉我他们黑色星期五还要上班。
希望EAD/AP快点来。

看，你这打指纹的速度已经比一般的快了。如果只是普通的140/485 concurrent file
没这么快的。
