significant contributions in the fields of cancer and related research. As a
result, my immigrant petition I-140 [Sec. 203 (b) (1) (A); EB1A-Alien of
Extraordinary Ability] was approved on March XX, 2011. Subsequently, our I-
485 applications were filed on March XX, 2011.
However, our applications of I765 (APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION)
and I-485 (Application to Adjust to Permanent Resident Status) have been
pending for more than XX months at USCIS and we are in great need to get the
EAD cards/Green cards for finding new employment in this economy.
Could you please contact USCIS to check on the status for us and expedite
