申请H4.因为我马上要换工作，所以他现有的H4会过期。我未来的雇主已经准备给我提
交H1/H4 延期了。如果没有H4,我先生是否非法。 多谢回复！

Anyone can tell me how to ask the USCIS to check the approved I-131?
My family has been approved on Dec. 06 2011 for both I-765 and I-131. The
comb Card for my wife and me arrived on Dec. 13 2011. But the approval
notice or travel card for my son has not been received until now. Last month
, I called the USCIS and was told to wait for 30days from approval date.
Just call today, they told me to fill another I-824 to ask for duplicate
approval notice. But they ask for $405.00 filling fee.
So sad, that's USCIS problem. We do not move and the mailing address is
correct, because the EAD/AP comb card came already.
not our problem!!

485被拒可能性很小，不过保险起见，就RENEW他的H4

你绿卡批了，不能给你先生申请H4了。
