11月提交了140 & 485 concurrent， 没有PP
我的问题是，如果485是4个月，140也是4个月，理论上他们是不是应该批准的时间差不
多啊，还是批了140后才考虑485？
等了3个月了，打过指纹了，需不需要140 PP一下呢，发现网上140时间又倒退了
发现有几个140 & 485 concurrent的，140都PP了
有点不耐烦了

这个不好说，有得人485在140之后一天批了，有的又等了一个月到两个月，如果140是
pp的，485在140之后时间更长。那个参考时间做不得准的，很多人的拖了比4个月长，
如果实在等不下去了就PP好了。
