Urgent question about I9# Immigration - 落地生根

Started to work in a big corporation, they are supposed to verify work
eligibility with the first 3 days (I-9 form). However, the hiring manager
and HR both forget to do it in time, they just verified with me (almost 3
weeks after I reported to work)
I have all the necessary documentation (CPT) from the 1st day of my work. is
this going to be huge issue? it is really not easy to find a job these days.
someone can advise?

I have no experience in this. Just FYI, it does not seem to be a big issue,
as I-9 is kept with the employer, and it's not reported to USCIS.
