485 RFE 网上Update后等了12天才收到LETTER，要出生公证。
是不是RFE letter附上出生公证COPY,直接寄出？
还要像140RFE那样写个PL 和原来提交的evidence吗？

Just the two pages in the RFE letter, and the 出生公证, are enough. Put that
brown page on top.

UA 那张是primary的保险，最好。出了事不会连累你的个人保险，除非是大事，要陪5

oh, I see. Our letters are a bit different then. The brown page I got said
that I should put it on top when replying to this RFE. It has the IO #, my
case #, etc, in very large font. Your might have similar contents.

AMEX should be free of charge for regular secondary coverage, unless you
want the primary insurance.
