你这个要不要绿卡都行，钱够多了。有钱，有好工作，绿卡算什么。就是个5年的签证
而已。国内的有钱人，你让他们来他们都懒的来。考古下，上次好像有个人问银行的怎
么办绿卡。你的该和他的差不多吧。

This is non-sense. A fresh grad making $60k as a quant analyst and worrying
job security every day is nowhere close to 国内的有钱人.
Back to LZ's question: Morgan starts GC process one year after you join and
Goldman waits four years till you have 2 years left on H1B. I only got this
info from friends' experience and it's by no means the universal policy with
the two firms.
